SHEILA

hello friends :)

19 September 2007;11:13 AM

I woke up at 9 am today! :D Haha, amazing. Time seems to pass pretty slowly when your day starts early. It's only 11.24am now, and I feel as though I've been on the net for hours! I in no mood for anymore studying. I'm left with Chem P1 and Physics P1. Bah- I'm looking forward to the 5day break, before the mugging spirit comes haunting at me again. =.-

After Maths paper yesterday, almost everyone was whining over a 10mark Poisson question that killed us instantly. Lol, I couldn't be bothered anyway. It's over! Arranged to head for town with Cheryl and Cheeps. Took 190 down to Taka and had Yoshinoya for lunch. Heh. Budgeted lunch, cause I'm saving money. I really am! :x We started walking around and headed straight to shops that we planned to go. Cheryl wanted to get a birthday present for her friend. It was a tough present indeed. We sourced high and low. We went to Kinokuniya, the search was fruitful but it wasn't enough. Haha. Brought her to ArtFriend to source for some decorative stuffs and gave her some ideas and suggestions.

Next, we took a bus down to Midpoint Orchard. Another art shop there, found by me and Litchie and we started bringing everyone there. Cause the price is pretty reasonable! Compared to Made with Love :x We spent quite awhile in the shop. Lol, and Mr Chee was obviously bored. He took out his PSP and sat outside the shop while waiting for us. Haha!

Then, we proceeded on to look for her music scores that she wanted. I suggested Plaza Sing's Yamaha. It was also a fruitful trip there, but the sources were really limited. We walked around and passed by that shop which sells lots of "cute" stuffs. HAHAHA. Went in to take a look, and we searched for Poker Cards. Initially, we couldn't find any until I saw them in the display. Super nice! It was known as the Invisible Cards. =) It's transparent! Totally caught our attention. And before you know it, it is OURS! HAHA! Yeah, we are gonna use new cards tmr.

Cheeps den suggested Bras Basah Complex which wasn't too far away from where we were. Took a bus down. It was funny and weird! 3 students in college uniform walking into such a building where most old folks kind of gather around for chit-chatting during mid-day. There were loads of music shops there, and sports stores as well. Yonex. When I saw the shop, I realised how long was it that I havent touched my racket! :( I miss playing badminton! Can't wait for the weekends to come now. I have a date waiting for me. A game of badminton! Hehe :D We toured the whole complex for more than an hour. Just say we are wonderful! We sourced from shop to shop till we really found a suitable, nice and cheap one. Cheryl bought whatever we needed and went to photocopy it. While waiting, we headed to a cafe in Popular. It was heavenly the moment we sat down, I swear. After walking for almost 4-5 hours non-stop with our bags, it was just so tiring. Cheeps claimed that it was worst than going shopping with girls. Lol. We took a rest, and played with our new cards. Cool! But it was slippery also. Very difficult to hold.

After leaving Bras Basah Complex, we had to go to the loo. Cheeps brought us to Raffles Hotel just opposite. Haha. Well, the toilets there were cleaner, why not? We went there and we spent 10mins walking around looking for the toilet. HAHA! 3 retards lah. We saw the signboard pointing left for restrooms and so we followed, but we didn't see anything except for the back alley of those shops there. We went back to look carefully again, it wasn't wrong. Then CP asked if the arrowed was printed wrongly =.- It was not until some time later that I realised, the toilet was situated just right beside the sign. We couldn't see it cause it was camouflaged together with the shops. I don't know how to explain. It's like a door in.. there's seats and marble flooring, nicely decorated like a smaller version of a reception area, just that there wasn't anyone situated there. Walk further in and you will see the Gents and Ladies. We felt really dumb la! We were laughing away as we entered the toilet. Haha. 3 idiots! :p

It was late already. Reached the bus-stop and we went our separate ways after the bus came. And I reached home at 8pm! :x Showered, had dinner and slacked till 11pm and I slept :)
